- Andy Ard believes great songs are great songs, whatever the genre. His feet are planted in the energetic pop rock of his heroes The Kinks and Elvis Costello, but his Atlanta roots reveal funky, twangy, and even classical influences. David Barbe of Sugar described him as having the gift of melody.
